Internal Bell-Ring: The early telephones did not
have an internal bell set, but relied on an external set
of bells for registering incoming calls. So, to get around
the problem, we have installed a mechanical bell ringer
into the base fo the telephone. This means you do not
have to do any installation work - you just plug the phone
in and it will all work straight away - and your telephone
will ring using a mechanical bell set just as you would
expect it to!
